Custom software that integrates with the systems you can't replace

The hard part was never writing the application. It's that the system of record has no write API, the vendor deprecated the one it had, or the field you need lives inside an internal database table no vendor documents publicly. That's the work — it's why "sync the practice-management system to payroll" or "provision a new hire's software accounts automatically" turns into months of engineering instead of an afternoon of scripting against a REST endpoint that doesn't exist.

What you're actually evaluating

We don't sell a packaged product. What we run is TA LifeCycle Manager, one codebase that provisions and manages employee identity across HR, practice-management, ERP and telephony systems, deployed separately for three named clients. See the case studies for who they are. Each deployment is fully isolated from the others, so nothing about one client's data or credentials is reachable from another's. What that gives you isn't a shrink-wrapped tool to compare against other vendors' — it's evidence, running in production against real payroll and practice-management data, of what we can build and keep running.

Each system is closed to integration in its own way, so the hub seats a separately fitted connector to each one and works around them system by system. Three clients, three fully isolated copies.

Where the integration work actually sits

Denticon has no write API. Cloud9 deprecated the one it had. Dentrix Enterprise keeps its data inside c-treeACE internals no vendor documents publicly. NetSuite gives you SuiteScript and SuiteQL instead of a REST endpoint for the field you need changed. None of that is a defect in these systems — line-of-business software in HR, dental practice management and ERP is rarely built to be integrated with. Working around each one, system by system, is the actual skill.

What that makes possible

One consequence is worth stating plainly, because it explains how a small team takes on work at this scale: running one platform across three production deployments, instead of three unrelated bespoke builds, is why we can support an industrial manufacturer and two dental service organizations at once without three separate engineering teams. See how that plays out in employee identity lifecycle, or read the full list of systems we integrate.
