Information We Collect

Personal Information

Information that identifies you personally, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and job title. This site has no accounts, so this information reaches us when you choose to send it: through the form on the contact page, by email, by telephone, or through other communications and transactions with Technology & Analytics LLC. A form submission carries only what you typed into it, plus the arrival record described under Usage Information below when your visit began with a link that carried campaign parameters.

Operational Information

Information related to our business relationships and services, including records of enquiries, service requests, client correspondence, and any other data necessary to manage and improve our services.

Usage Information

Details on your interactions with this website, such as visits, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This is collected through Google Analytics, which loads on every page of this site under measurement id G-JDTK1ZFXNT and reports to Google. What it reports includes the full address of the page you arrived on, so any campaign or advertising parameters in a link reach Google on arrival, before you take any action.

This site also loads an advertising pixel from X (formerly Twitter) on every page, under pixel id rew8r. It reports your visit to X so that our advertising on that platform can be measured and targeted. Like the analytics above, it runs on arrival, before you take any action, and it is a third party receiving data about your visit for advertising purposes. If you submit the contact form, that same pixel reports that a submission happened. A browser extension that blocks advertising trackers prevents it from loading at all.

Separately, when you arrive through a link carrying advertising or campaign parameters, this site records those parameters in your own browser so we can tell which of our efforts brought you here. Nothing is recorded when a link carries no such parameters, which is the case for most visits. That record stays in your browser and reaches us only when you choose to contact us: attached to an email you send, which you can read and edit before sending, or alongside a contact-form submission.

Technical Information

Information on the devices and systems used to access this site, including browser, operating system, and network information. Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_JDTK1ZFXNT, which expire according to the default settings this site uses. The arrival record described above is held in your browser's own storage rather than in a cookie, so it is never attached to a request. Our host processes each request for a page in order to serve it. This site loads its own fonts, images, and video from its own address, and uses no content delivery network, no tag manager, and no embedded third-party player.

• Advertising: The X pixel described above reports your visit to X so our advertising there can be measured and targeted. Under some privacy laws that counts as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you would rather it did not happen, an advertising-tracker blocker stops the pixel loading, or you can contact us using the details below and we will tell you what we hold.
• Legal and Compliance Obligations: We may disclose information as required by law, such as in response to subpoenas or regulatory inquiries, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Technology & Analytics LLC, its employees, or its clients.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the involved parties to ensure continued service and compliance.

Security of Your Information

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical, physical, and administrative measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information. Although we strive to use industry best practices to safeguard data, please note that no method of data storage or transmission over the Internet is fully secure.

Retention of Information

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. The arrival record held in your browser is kept for ninety days from your most recent visit and is then discarded. Analytics data is retained by Google according to the settings on our account. Retention periods for correspondence may vary depending on operational requirements and legal obligations.

Your Choices and Your Rights

Texas residents have rights over their personal data, including the right to know what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of its use for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these, write to info@technologyandanalytics.com. If we decline a request you may appeal to us, and if we decline the appeal you may complain to the Texas Attorney General.

You can also act without asking us. Blocking or clearing cookies for this site stops Google Analytics from recognising a returning browser. Clearing site data removes the arrival record. A browser extension that blocks analytics prevents the Google script from loading at all. And deleting the trailer from an email before you send it removes the arrival record from it.

Two things this site does not do, stated plainly: it does not detect the Global Privacy Control signal, and it does not remember an opt-out between visits.

Internal Security SMS Program

Technology & Analytics uses SMS only to deliver internal security and operational alerts to employees and authorized on-call personnel who have enrolled. We collect the mobile number you provide, your name or role, and the time you consented. We use that information only to send program messages and to maintain the enrollment roster. We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share numbers with subprocessors that deliver the messages (for example, our SMS provider) solely to operate this program. Message frequency varies and is tied to security events. SMS consent is optional. It is not a condition of employment, of creating an account, or of using Technology & Analytics systems. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices, our website, or our legal obligations. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
