A Houston consultancy built around two verticals

Technology & Analytics runs the system of record for industrial manufacturers and multi-entity dental groups, and builds the custom software, data platform and AI work that sits above it. We picked two verticals instead of a generic "IT services" label because the depth that makes any of this work — knowing where NetSuite's own data dictionary disagrees with the record browser, or where a dental practice-management vendor's API was deprecated years ago — only comes from living inside the same systems across enough accounts to see the pattern repeat.

NetSuite, for industrial manufacturers

Our reference engagement is with an oilfield sealing products manufacturer running NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing in production. Read the case study, or see the NetSuite practice, or how it applies to industrial manufacturers and oilfield services specifically.

Denticon, Dentrix Enterprise and Cloud9 Ortho, for dental DSOs

Our dental service organization clients run their practice-management data through a medallion lakehouse on Microsoft Fabric, reported to executives through Power BI. See the dental DSO practice.

How the software work is structured

TA LifeCycle Manager, our identity-lifecycle platform, runs as a separate, fully isolated production deployment for each client rather than as one shared multi-tenant product. Nothing about one client's data or credentials is reachable from another's. See the software and integration practice.

AI, dogfooded before it's sold

The ticket-triage agent described on the AI page runs against our own internal Freshservice helpdesk, not a client's queue, under a read-only NetSuite role with a human approval step before anything moves. We run it on ourselves because that's the strongest evidence we can offer for how we build.
